This protein powder is free of complex carbohydrates, sugars and sweeteners and is therefore useful for individuals who are following a carbohydrate-restricted diet. It can also be used as a full meal replacement supplement if blended with fruit to provide carbohydrate. In addition, it may be used as a multi vitamin and mineral by providing levels of optimum nutrients.
